The role focuses on 60% new sales and tours, 30% resident relations, and 10% leasing administration using proven sales techniques.

You will present communities clearly, build rapport with prospects and residents, and provide a high level of service to support retention.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage leads and CRM tasks in assigned communities.
