Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote our communities, driving maximum occupancy and revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will spend about 60% of time on new sales and tours, 30% on resident relations, and 10% on leasing administration.

Role requires strong sales and customer service skills, a High School diploma, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Computer literacy and effective written and oral English communication.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Vivmark Residential's brand across assigned communities.
• Coordinates schedules for in-person onsite presence based on occupancy goals.
• Manages leads and customer experience using CRM at all properties.
• Completes CRM tasks within the designated time frame.
• Promotes communities based on prospective residents' needs.
• Manages tour schedules proactively.
• Inspects the community ready product and tour path daily.
• Uses effective selling techniques to close sales and leases.
