Job summary

Vivmark Residential, formed by the merger of AvalonBay Communities and Equity Residential, seeks a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote Equity Residential''s brand across communities and drive occupancy while delivering excellent customer service.

The role focuses on new sales, tours, and resident relations, using CRM to manage leads and coordinating schedules. A valid driver''s license and weekend availability are required; this is a full-time onsite position in the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver''s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal/state apartment housing laws.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Own smartphone may be required for work tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote Vivmark Residential''s brand across assigned communities.
• Coordinate onsite presence schedules with Community/Area Managers.
• Proactively manage leads and use CRM to track progress.
• Present Equity Residential communities to prospects and close sales.
• Support resident events and marketing efforts.
• Prepare leasing documents accurately and timely.
• Communicate with service teams and residents to ensure satisfaction.
