Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant in the San Francisco area. You will promote the brand across communities, manage tours and lead the sales process end-to-end, while delivering exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.

You will balance 60% new sales, 30% resident relations, and 10% leasing administration, with opportunities to grow within the company and support community marketing and events.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service experience is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation is required if the employee will operate a motorized vehicle.
• Computer literacy and effective communication skills in English for all work-related purposes.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Vivmark Residential's brand.
• Coordinates dedicated onsite presence at properties based on occupancy goals.
• Proactively manages leads and uses CRM to manage the resident experience.
• Uses selling techniques to close sales and cross-sell across communities.
• Maintains knowledge of all aspects of the community and supports marketing efforts.
