Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager in Houston to oversee marketing, advertising, and sales activities aimed at achieving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals. You will lead the leasing team, develop strategic marketing plans, and ensure ready units meet market demand.

The role involves directing on-site leasing operations, collaborating with maintenance, and managing renewals, with a focus on driving leases and optimizing performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Licenses and certifications as required by state/local jurisdiction.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders; lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Directs marketing, advertising and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develops marketing plans, pricing strategies and concessions to sustain occupancy.
• Creates online and print advertising strategies and uses property management software to generate reports.
• Maintains property appearance with maintenance team and ensures ready units are marketable.
• Leads leasing process: traffic, showings, qualifying prospects, leases, move-ins.
• Reviews financial and sales reports to improve leasing performance.
• Oversees lease renewals and manages related communications.
