Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a property marketing and leasing leader to drive revenue, occupancy, and resident retention across our communities. You will oversee on-site teams, manage advertising strategies, and ensure the leasing process from traffic to move‑in is seamless and compliant with company policies.

You will stay informed about market conditions, develop pricing and concessions strategies, and coordinate with maintenance and operations to keep properties appealing.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Directs community marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, and leasing team to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans and pricing strategies to sustain occupancy and leases.
• Creates print and internet advertising strategies and uses property management software to generate leasing reports.
• Oversees on-site operations to ensure property appearance and safety and promotes units with merchandising.
• Generates and monitors traffic, leases apartments, qualifies prospects, and completes move‑in procedures.
• Analyzes financial and operational reports to identify issues affecting leasing performance and presents results to clients and owners.
• Oversees lease renewals including communications and move‑out processes as needed.
• Responds to resident and owner concerns, taking action to resolve issues.
• Manages leasing team through interviewing, training, and performance management.
