Job summary

Van Metre Companies, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to work between Tuscarora Creek Apartments in Leesburg, VA and Broadlands Apartments in Ashburn, VA.

The role focuses on building relationships with residents and prospects to maximize occupancy, renewals, and community satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting tours, processing applications, coordinating events, and maintaining property knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related fields required
• Leasing experience in property management preferred
• Aptitude for working with people and strong verbal/written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist as needed to drive occupancy and inquiries
• Engage in sales activities to increase traffic and occupancy (grassroots marketing)
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and amenities and serve as a resource for residents
• Schedule and conduct property tours, process rental applications and lease renewals
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and following up on service requests
• Plan, organize, and conduct resident events with the team
• Perform exterior inspections and report deficiencies weekly
• Inspect vacant apartments and coordinate repairs with the service team
• Prepare sales reports and maintain market surveys
• Support other sales, customer service, and property-related tasks as needed
