Responsibilities

• Generate and handle prospective resident leads and follow up promptly.
• Tour properties, qualify applicants, and process leases.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and lease activity.
• Assist with move-ins and resident relations to improve retention.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in packets per policy.
