Job summary

CAPREIT invites you to join as a Leasing Consultant for The Hamptons at Town Center, Ashmore at Germantown, and Brookside View Apartments in Germantown, MD. You will greet prospects, tour communities, collect applications, and leverage marketing activities to attract renters.

Responsibilities include processing applications, handling resident calls, following up with prospects, and supporting the Community Manager with ongoing administrative tasks across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in apartment leasing.
• LIHTC is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Experience with specialized property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents by planning and participating in marketing activities to attract prospective residents; greeting applicants, showcasing the community, and collecting applications; communicating the features and benefits of the community with potential residents.
• Assist the Community Manager by processing applications in a timely manner, taking resident phone calls, following up with prospective residents, and completing additional, on‑going administrative functions of the community
