Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Mult i-Site Leasing Consultant to promote our brand across assigned communities and achieve maximum occupancy. You’ll conduct tours, manage leads, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from prospect to move-in.

The role emphasizes sales techniques, occupancy goals, and teamwork with the office, service, and marketing teams to ensure resident satisfaction and retention. Must be able to work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Effective written and oral communication in English.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Promote Vivmark Residential’s brand across assigned communities to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Manage tour schedules and new-lead follow-ups using the CRM.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Prepare leasing documents and coordinate move-ins.
• Collaborate with marketing and service teams to support occupancy goals.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Leasing Consultants.
