Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote our brand, manage tours, and deliver outstanding customer service across assigned communities in San Francisco, CA. You will use CRM to manage leads, coordinate schedules, and support resident retention while maintaining in-depth knowledge of each property.

The role requires strong sales and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English.

Responsibilities

• Promote Vivmark Residential brand and maximize occupancy across assigned properties.
• Manage tour schedules and lead follow-up using CRM.
• Assist residents with payments and account inquiries.
• Prepare and process leasing documents and move-in files.
