Job summary

Fairview Health Services seeks a Team Coordinator to support the Primary Care float team across Prior Lake, Lakeville, and Burnsville locations. You will coordinate schedules, perform patient check-in, and manage MyChart responses in a fast-paced care environment.

The role requires healthcare onboarding and at least 1 year of experience, with flexibility to travel between clinics and variability in hours, typically weekdays with no weekends. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Formal medical training program completed (MA, HUC, NA or Medical Secretary) or equivalent.
• 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Preferred: 2 years in a medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient and provider schedules for assigned areas.
• Complete patient registration and check-in process.
• Verify patient demographics, employer and insurance information.
• Handle telephone messages and direct communications professionally.
• Manage multiple technology applications.
• Process MyChart requests including sign-up, messages, and password resets.
• Multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Continuously improve work processes and patient experience.
