Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Minnesota
• Current RN licensure in Wisconsin within two months of hire
• Current BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross required and maintained (online BLS not acceptable)
• Strongly demonstrated written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provides high quality care at urgent care clinics and during float shifts.
• Performs nursing assessments and develops plans of care.
• Delegates nursing tasks appropriately and supervises nursing activities.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care.
