Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep communities well-maintained, support the service team, and ensure curb appeal at properties in Charlotte, NC. This role includes daily upkeep, trash removal, and assistance in turnover processes.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to perform physical tasks, and flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to operate golf cart on property.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact positively with residents.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA-related requirements; willing to participate in safety trainings.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to keep common areas neat and litter-free.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and assist in the make-ready process.
• Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready specialist.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates meet safety codes.
• Distribute notices to residents and communicate with supervisors.
