Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical condition of a community, ensuring grounds, amenities, and curb appeal meet standards. You will support the service team and contribute to a positive resident experience.

Responsibilities include housekeeping and turnover tasks, basic repairs, safety compliance, and timely communication of hazards. A valid driver’s license and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs with/without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash and prepares vacant apartments for turnover.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool gates function according to safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents and communicates hazards to supervisors.
• Provides courteous resident service and responds to maintenance questions and complaints.
• Adheres to safety policies, attends trainings, and reports accidents promptly.
