Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Associate at its multi-site community in Charlotte, NC. You will help maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal while supporting the service team in day-to-day tasks.

The role requires a valid driver’s license for on-site golf-cart operation, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat.
• Remove trash from vacant units and assist in make-ready process.
• Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready specialist.
• Change locks and ensure pool gates are secure and compliant with codes.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous resident service and respond to maintenance requests.
