Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is hiring for a community maintenance role in Charlotte, NC. The position focuses on keeping the Strawberry Hill property clean, safe, and well-maintained, supporting the service team, and ensuring curb appeal across the grounds and amenities.

The role requires a valid driver’s license for golf cart operation and the ability to respond to requests, safety training, and occasional travel to assist other properties as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to ensure grounds and amenities are neat and litter-free.
• Removes trash and prepares vacant apartments for turnover; cleans and maintains storage areas.
• Completes minor service requests and assists with turn process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates operate safely and per codes.
• Distributes notices to residents as needed.
• Reports hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors.
• Provides courteous resident service and handles complaints about maintenance.
• Attends safety meetings and completes required OSHA training; reports incidents promptly.
