Job summary

SolvOne is expanding our Project Team with a Fuels Project Manager to oversee underground storage tank (UST) replacements and related fuel-system construction projects across multiple locations.

You will coordinate planning, site coordination, and construction through startup and closeout, acting as the central point between customers, contractors, regulators, vendors, and A&E firms to ensure safety, compliance, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing petroleum/fueling projects or UST/retail fuel construction.
• Ability to read plans, scopes, schedules and regulatory documents.
• Proven coordination with customers, contractors, environmental consultants and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage UST replacement and related fuel-system projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, regulators, vendors and A&E firms.
• Track schedules, milestones and dependencies to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate permitting, inspections and regulatory requirements for UST projects.
• Review field conditions, changes and resolve scope/schedule issues.
• Maintain project records, status reports, and closeout documentation.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and escalate safety or compliance issues.
