Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in petroleum, fuel pump, and underground storage tank (UST) installation to lead field operations across the Mid-Atlantic region. The role is hands-on and requires independent decision-making in the field, overseeing multiple projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in petroleum system installations, be able to coordinate field crews and stakeholders, and travel about 60%

Qualifications

• 10+ years of petroleum, fuel pump, and tank installation experience.
• Capable of independent field decision-making and problem solving.
• Strong leadership and coordination of field crews, subcontractors, vendors, customers, and inspectors.
• Valid installer's license or ability to obtain licenses in MD, NC, and DE.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple pump, tank, and fueling-system projects in the field.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, customers, inspectors and other stakeholders.
• Direct on-site installation activities including excavation, piping, and equipment setting.
• Assess field conditions, troubleshoot, and keep projects moving independently.
• Travel ~60% regionally across VA, MD, NC, and DE and manage safety and quality.
