Pond & Company is seeking Site Managers to join our fuels systems team. Roles may be remote with travel; candidates must reside in listed U.S. states.

Site Managers plan, organize, and administer on-site work to meet project requirements on time and within budget, while upholding quality and safety standards. Build strong client relationships to foster repeat business. Responsibilities include monitoring service orders, coordinating with managers, ensuring health, safety, and quality plans,

Competenze

• 5 years’ experience in wetted fueling system, piping and related mechanical work.
• Knowledge of construction practices, UFGS, UFC, ASME, API standards.
• Ability to obtain or maintain government security clearance.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• OSHA 30 hours training preferred.
• HAZWOPER training preferred.

• Monitors service orders and coordinates with management to support work orders.
• Maintains look-ahead schedules and participates in weekly/bi-weekly meetings.
• Ensures health, safety, and quality plans are developed and followed.
• Mentors and develops subordinate staff.
