Qualifications

• PM experience within the petroleum, fueling, UST, or related construction industry is required.
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors, vendors, and regulators is essential.
• Ability to read construction drawings, site plans, and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Manage UST replacement and related fueling construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate permitting, inspections, testing, and regulatory requirements.
• Track schedules, milestones, and critical activities to keep projects on schedule.
• Provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders, highlighting risks and decisions.
• Escalate safety, regulatory, cost, or schedule issues when needed.
