Job summary

HNN Communities seeks a Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple Everett communities. You will complete work orders, perform make-ready tasks, and maintain common areas to meet safety and quality standards.

This full-time role requires flexibility, a valid driver's license, and ability to travel between properties. You will join a team focused on resident satisfaction and professional maintenance across sites.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance-related experience or one year of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Proficiency in basic electrical and plumbing tasks and general upkeep.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the physical condition of the community and its common areas.
• Complete work orders and make-ready tasks per policy and standards.
• Perform routine inspections and handle preventive maintenance duties.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervise contractors when needed.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper documentation of activities.
