Job summary

HNN Communities is seeking a Full-Time Floating Maintenance Technician to support maintenance and repairs across multiple communities in the Everett, WA area. The role focuses on completing work orders, unit turns, and maintaining common areas to meet safety and appearance standards.

You will handle preventive maintenance checks, perform painting, minor repairs, and coordinate with outside contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance and repair across multiple trades.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to respond to resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and unit turns promptly and accurately.
• Prepare units for occupancy including painting, flooring, cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Inspect and maintain common areas, amenities, and safety systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and document safety data sheets.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as assigned.
