Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong collections experience and accounting skills.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Post rental collections and make bank deposits.
• Meet regularly with leadership to discuss performance.
• Conduct market observations and suggest pricing changes.
• Maintain resident files and generate reports.
• Process notices to vacate and manage delinquencies and evictions.
