Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Floating Community Manager to lead and direct all community operations at a variety of locations across the region. You will recruit, hire, supervise staff, and ensure high resident satisfaction while traveling between properties to maintain staffing and performance targets.

You will develop budgets, market plans, and bidding for services, with a focus on leasing activities and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in a property management role.
• Strong marketing skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and control all facets of the community to ensure quality services and a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Train all staff on proper leasing techniques and resident service.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and address associate concerns or employee relations issues.
• Maintain complete and accurate associate files and a high level of associate satisfaction.
• Develop and administer the community budget and review market prices.
• Develop an annual marketing plan and conduct monthly reviews.
• Obtain bids for contract services and oversee capital projects.
• Be responsible for 35% of leasing activities.
