Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a property management role preferred.
• Strong marketing skills and exceptional customer service.
• Willing to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and control all facets of the community to ensure quality services and high customer satisfaction.
• Train staff on proper leasing techniques and resident service.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and address associate concerns; maintain associate files.
• Develop and administer the community budget and marketing plan.
• Be responsible for 35% of leasing activities and oversee capital projects.
