Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a Floating Assistant Community Manager to support multiple communities, driving the full sales cycle, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional resident experience. You will travel between properties, build relationships with prospects and residents, and lead onsite teams to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Residential or commercial property management experience.
• Customer service and sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel between assigned communities to provide coverage and operational support.
• Drive leasing and renewal processes with prospects and residents.
• Lead, mentor, and support onsite teams in sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Manage financial transactions including rent collections and audits.
• Explain lease provisions and oversee move-in processes.
• Respond to resident inquiries and address concerns to resolution.
• Coordinate service requests with maintenance teams.
