Greystar is seeking a Floating Assistant Community Manager to support the operations of multiple residential communities. The role involves assisting on-site Community Managers, improving resident experience, learning community specifics, and adapting to changing assignments.

Candidates with a bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service will thrive. Strong communication, organization, and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, Hospitality or related field.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.
• Highly effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to adapt to different property environments and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring policy compliance.
• Oversee property maintenance, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
• Serve as point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Organize and coordinate community events to foster engagement.
• Assist in leasing process, conduct property tours, process applications, and manage leases.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote units and amenities.
• Support financial processes including rent collection, budget tracking, and expense management.
• Prepare reports and documentation as needed.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety standards.
• Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations.
