Job summary

One Medical in Gilbert, AZ seeks a Float Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist to provide phlebotomy and clinical support across multiple offices. You’ll handle front desk duties, patient intake, and lab tasks while training for extended scope duties.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of autonomous phlebotomy experience.
• Certified Phlebotomy License preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and EMR.
• Completion of One Medical training and state-required education within six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable patient interactions and ensure a positive in-office experience.
• Perform venipuncture across a wide patient age range and collect specimens.
• Maintain proper labeling, handling, and processing of specimens.
• Support front desk tasks including check-in/out, insurance verification, and organizing paperwork.
• Respond to patient messages and assist providers with clerical duties.
• Master our tech suite (Slack, G-suite, Zoom, 1Life EMR) for daily work.
• Open and close the office, restock supplies, and keep patient spaces clean.
