Job summary

Brink’s Inc. is seeking a Facility Coordinator to join the North America Facilities team, supporting governance, deployment, and continuous improvement of facilities operations across the US and Canada.

Reporting to the Director of Facilities, you will liaise with internal stakeholders and the outsourced FM provider, drive standardized processes, KPI tracking, and cost-management while promoting operational excellence across a multi-site portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration or related field.
• FM certifications desirable (FMP/SFP/CFM/IFMA/BOMI).
• 3-5 years in facilities management or corporate real estate.

Responsibilities

• Governance and program management of NA Facilities program.
• Coordinate multi-location facilities initiatives and schedules.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and vendor performance with the FM provider.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost optimization activities.
• Prepare exec-level reporting and dashboards using Power BI / Excel.
