Job summary

Peoplelink Group is seeking a Facilities and Procurement Manager to orchestrate end-to-end management of our facility portfolio and indirect spend across locations. You will lead day-to-day facilities operations, openings, relocations, and vendor negotiations, collaborating with Finance, HR, IT, and external partners to support continuity, cost discipline, and scalable growth.

Responsibilities include oversight of building systems, preventive maintenance, space planning, and budget management.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in facilities management, procurement, operations, or related fields.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and negotiations.
• Working knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and indirect purchasing.
• Highly organized and proficient with creating/managing reports in Excel and various systems/portals.
• Ability to travel to Peoplelink locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational oversight of all facilities, ensuring locations are safe, functional, and compliant.
• Manage full facility lifecycle: openings, relocations, closures, and office moves.
• Serve as the primary contact for landlords, property managers, and facility service providers.
• Partner with leadership on facility planning and footprint decisions.
• Maintain records for service contracts, inspections, warranties, and compliance.
