Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or related field.
• 5-8 years facilities management experience, multi-site.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Experience with budgeting and vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with OSHA, ADA, and local safety regulations.
• CMMS and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of all facilities within the assigned region.
• Supervise local facility managers, technicians, and custodial staff.
• Manage regional facility budgets, contracts, and invoices.
• Lead renovation, construction, or upgrade projects across the region.
• Participate in long-term planning for facility improvements and growth.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on status and issues.
