The role covers operations, leasing support, vendor relations, budgeting assistance, and compliance, with a pay range of $40.00–$43.00 per hour. Travel between properties may be required, and strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 1-3 years of property management, sales, marketing or customer service experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Understanding of lease terms and enforcement including collections.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to adapt to different property environments and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of multiple properties.
• Oversee maintenance, vendor relations, and service contracts.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents and coordinate events.
• Support leasing processes, tours, applications and lease docs.
• Assist in marketing efforts and promoting amenities.
• Support rent collection, budgeting, and expense tracking.
• Prepare reports and documentation; maintain records.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
