• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and marketing data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rent rates and ensuring timely collection of rents and fees.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and payments.
• Control expenditures to stay within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, and notices.
• Analyze market trends and implement strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Respond to complaints and requests to promote resident satisfaction and ensure maintenance standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Supervise staff, hire and train employees, and manage performance.
