Job summary

Transforming Age Associates, LLC in Bellevue, WA is seeking a CIRC Area Manager to oversee a flagship affordable housing community (≈50 units) and provide support to additional properties in Bellevue. Responsibilities include leasing, rent collection, resident communications, and compliance with LIHTC/HUD guidelines.

Applicants should have 3+ years in affordable housing operations, demonstrated leadership of a small on-site team, and experience with MRI or Yardi.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in affordable housing operations (LIHTC/HUD compliance).
• Experience leading a small on-site management team.
• Experience with MRI, Yardi, or similar PM software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and WA landlord-tenant requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, rent collection, resident communication, and supervision of the property team.
• Provide operational guidance to Community Teams on leasing, rent collection, delinquency management, and compliance.
• Conduct site visits to review leasing activity, maintenance needs, and overall operations.
• Ensure policy implementation and reporting timelines are followed consistently and professionally.
• Assist with file reviews, funder inspections, and compliance-related requests.
• Support occupancy strategies and resident retention efforts across communities.
• Coordinate with resident services to support stability and successful tenancy.
