A multifamily property management organization is seeking a Community Manager to oversee multiple housing communities in Kent, Washington. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in multifamily housing, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and knowledge of property management software. A valid driver's license is required, and flexibility to travel is necessary.

• Experience managing over 500+ units or multiple properties.
• Strong understanding of affordable housing programs.
