Job summary

Indigo Real Estate is seeking a Property Manager in Bellevue, WA, to deliver exceptional customer service and manage affordable housing communities in compliance with HUD and IRS guidelines. This role covers leasing, budgeting, maintenance, and reporting with a focus on creating a strong sense of community and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of property management experience, with 2+ years in HUD Multifamily Section 8 or LIHTC, and hands-on experience with Yardi.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years HUD Multifamily Section 8 and/or LIHTC experience.
• Experience managing 55+ units.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and direct day-to-day operation of the property.
• Maintain effective resident relations.
• Manage the property in accordance with HUD and IRS program guidelines.
• Meet the financial objectives of ownership and management.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
• Supervise training, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, budgeting, and reporting.
• Coordinate safety policies and procedures and support marketing strategies.
• Assist in updating advertisements and listings (ILS).
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor cost centers with forecasts.
