Job summary

Indigo Real Estate Services in Issaquah, WA seeks an experienced Assistant Manager passionate about customer service and affordable housing to oversee daily property operations and resident relations.

In this role you will lead a small team, manage leasing, budgeting, reporting, and compliance with fair housing and LIHTC guidelines, while collaborating on marketing and property launches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in property management (LIHTC preferred).
• Experience managing multiple communities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• LIHTC program experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and direct day-to-day property operations and resident relations.
• Structure office workflow and lead daily team meetings.
• Meet corporate financial objectives and ensure compliance with fair housing requirements.
• Supervise leasing, collections, budgeting, reporting, and approvals.
• Coordinate marketing, ads, and listings, including LIHTC launches.
• Maintain safety policies and accurate site-level accounting.
