Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Lead Supervisor to serve as a culture carrier and business leader across multiple bakery locations. You will develop teams, drive guest experiences, and oversee daily bakery operations with a focus on quality and profitability.

The role requires 1–3 years of leadership in retail or food service, P&L understanding, and strong coaching skills. A high school diploma or GED is required; familiarity with Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across multiple store locations.
• Drive sales and profitability while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Coach and mentor Assistant Lead Supervisors.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and production planning.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and team engagement.
• Oversee special order fulfillment and deliveries.
• Participate in community outreach and local marketing initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and financial reporting.
