• Manage daily bakery operations, cake production, and inventory.
• Oversee P&L, labor and costs to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate schedule, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure safety and standards in line with NbC policies.
• Open/close bakery, balance cash drawers and deposits.
