Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a General Manager to lead our bakery operations with a focus on guest experience and team development. You will drive sales, manage costs, and ensure product quality while maintaining a friendly, welcoming store environment.

You will recruit and train a high-performing team, schedule strategically, and monitor performance metrics to deliver consistent results. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, bakery, hospitality, or food service operations.
• Proven leadership with responsibility for hiring, training, coaching and performance management.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and operating costs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for delivering guest experiences and building strong teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all day-to-day bakery operations.
