The role requires traveling between locations, driving inventory control, scheduling, and coaching teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will ensure food safety, manage daily production, and strive for profitability while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of multi-site management experience in retail, food service, or hospitality.
• Food safety certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site operations between Grosse Pointe and Sterling Heights, with occasional support in Ann Arbor and Allen Park.
• Travel between locations efficiently to maintain leadership presence.
• Manage daily production schedules and quality standards across multiple bakery locations.
• Develop and coach team members at each location to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory management, supply orders, and cost control across all sites.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and resource allocation between locations.
• Ensure consistent adherence to food safety standards and procedures across all sites.
