Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations at multiple properties under the supervision of the Community Manager. This onsite leadership role focuses on rent collection, delinquency control, and optimizing cash flow while ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will supervise staff, coordinate leasing, maintenance, and admin tasks, maintain safety and fair housing practices, and support budget goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of housing industry experience may substitute.
• Ability to perform onsite software functions and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily onsite operations under the Community Manager.
• Manage delinquency and rent collection and optimize cash flow.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and admin tasks.
