Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will play a vital role in rent collections, cash flow, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

As onsite leader, you will supervise staff, support leasing and maintenance, manage end-of-month reporting, and help meet budgeted revenues and NOI while upholding fair housing guidelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housing community operations under the supervision of the Community Manager.
• Post payments, reconcile receivables, and monitor cash flow.
• Manage end-of-month closings and reporting.
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with policies and safety.
• Develop leasing and resident retention programs.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
