Job summary

Girls Inc. of Tarrant County is seeking a Program Manager for Tarrant County Kids to oversee program development, implement policies, supervise staff, and handle administrative duties for the childcare program.

The role requires coordinating up to 9 sites during the school year, managing 1-2 summer camps, scheduling staff, and ensuring licensing compliance. Evening/weekend availability and a Texas driver’s license are needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in multi-site management or managing a large afterschool site (75+ youth).
  • 2 years of experience in administrative duties, preferably in education or business setting.
  • 2 years of direct experience managing teams, including evaluations, development, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
  • Reliable transportation, Texas driver's license, and clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant technology (Google Docs, CANVA, Adobe).
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of up to 9 TCK sites with varying enrollment and locations.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure licensing compliance.
  • Conduct site visits and monitor program supplies inventory.
  • Generate reports for the TCK Director and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with school and district administration to foster relationships.
  • Ensure attendance reporting and CCMS updates for absences and issues.
  • Fill in as site supervisor or instructor as needed; develop trainings for staff.
