Job summary

Tarrant County Kids, part of The YouthVantage Alliance family, seeks an energetic Youth Program Instructor. You’ll help create a nurturing after-school experience for children aged 4-12, with a Monday through Friday schedule (3:00–6:15 or 6:30, site-dependent).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Passion for helping children grow and thrive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, creative, and able to adapt to varying needs.

Responsibilities

• Support before- and after-school programs with academic enrichment, arts, physical activities, and social-emotional learning.
• Facilitate engaging, developmentally appropriate activities and adapt plans to individual children.
• Maintain organized, welcoming learning environments and follow daily routines.
• Ensure safety, supervision, and adherence to licensing requirements at all times.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor and instructors to deliver a high-quality youth program.
