Job summary

The YouthVantage Alliance is seeking a dedicated Youth Program Supervisor to lead after-school care programs at Tarrant County Kids. This role focuses on creating enriching activities, supervising staff, and ensuring safety and licensing compliance.

Responsibilities include curriculum implementation, family engagement, and collaboration with schools to promote student success. The position runs Monday through Friday with after-school hours at specified site locations in Texas.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• Maintain certification in first aid and CPR.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff in implementing a comprehensive before/after-school curriculum.
• Ensure activities are developmentally appropriate, engaging, and inclusive.
• Supervise and coach staff; ensure curriculum alignment with standards.
• Maintain licensing and TRS standards; manage documentation and reports.
• Develop relationships with schools, families, and community partners.
• Promote enrollment growth and strong family engagement.
