Job summary

Girls Inc. of Tarrant County is seeking a Youth Program Supervisor to lead before/after-school curriculum implementation and staff development.

You will create engaging activities that support academic growth and social-emotional development, while ensuring safe, high-quality programming. The role requires coordinating with schools, families, and community partners to promote program quality and enrollment growth.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 1 year of childcare, education, or related experience.
  • Passion for helping children grow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and creative; able to adapt to varying needs.
  • Provide references and pass background checks.
  • Maintain current first aid and CPR certification and TB screening.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver’s license.
  • Ability to fill in at other sites as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a before/after-school curriculum aligned with The YouthVantage Alliance framework.
  • Lead staff to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
  • Ensure safety, supervision, and adherence to licensing standards.
  • Build strong partnerships with schools and families to support student success.
  • Support enrollment growth through family engagement and community outreach.
  • Oversee daily site operations and coordinate with program managers.
