Job summary

The YouthVantage Alliance is seeking a Program Manager for Tarrant County Kids to oversee multiple afterschool sites, supervise staff, manage licensing compliance, and coordinate with schools and district administration.

Responsibilities include program development, staff scheduling, reporting, and community outreach to increase enrollment and visibility of the agency. Evening/weekend availability and a Texas driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of multi-site management experience.
• 2 years of administrative duties in education or business.
• 2 years direct experience managing teams and conducting evaluations.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Canva, and Adobe.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of up to 9 TCK sites with varying enrollment and locations.
• Coordinate staff scheduling across campuses to meet licensing requirements.
• Conduct site visits to ensure program quality and compliance.
• Monitor inventory of program supplies and restock as needed.
• Generate reports for the TCK Director and senior leadership.
• Maintain licensing compliance and attendance reporting systems.
• Fill in as site supervisor or instructor when needed.
• Develop and deliver trainings for site supervisors and instructors.
• Represent the agency at community events to boost enrollment.
