Job summary

AbbVie in Georgia seeks a field-based Clinical Account Executive to lead territory strategy across Marietta, Rome, Gainesville and surrounding areas. Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the CAE will advance Multiple Myeloma objectives and build trusted partnerships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and administrators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology/hematology experience required, preferably in Multiple Myeloma.
• Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than peers.
• Competitive selling skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer‑focused engagements.
• Partner effectively with cross‑functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
• Maintain the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
